Well... I didn't catch the idea of the first one, but still I liked it. And the second one was a nice representation of the state I was while I was watching the video.

Well, the first one is more like an inside joke, using the anthem of the city. The meaning is that art sets you free/ there can't be limits for art/ once you're "imprisoned" by art there's no escape...
