Nice composition, nice playing and improvising.

Biggyzoom responds:

Cheers ears.

Not bad. I would like to hear the actual performance, not the sped up version. Also, instead of so many repeats could have been just one and submitted as a loop.

AinigmA responds:

Hi sorohanro!
Thanks for your response, i really appreciate it!
You are totally right: I simply forgot about the loop option. I might replace this file with an actual, 100% speed version (no speeding up), since there's a large StarWars Hype going on :P
Cheers and may the force be with you!

The drums are a bit too thin and clean for my taste and the synths overpower the guitars, but generally nice track, I like the lead guitar. You could add some more additional guitars to play some rhythmical bends, some glissando, string noises and play with panning.

InYourDreams responds:

Hey thanks! Yeah, the drums may be somewhat thin for this kind of music. I'm mixing at the moment with headphones and not the best ones. I'll step up my composition a lot next time :)... this time I was a little lazy in that area.

Somehow I think it should have been"bring me the head of Kim Jong-un" :P
Awesome glitchy abstract noisy track.

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

word. hope you're good. small world eh?
the name can be anything you want it to be; newgrounds wouldn't give me any more letters. i was thinking kardashian but jong-un works, 'cept he might already be dead or his ankles collapsed under his own weight as has been rumored.

In my headphones is a very huge separation between instruments, depending of the intention, this can be a good thing or a bad one. I like the interplay between voices but personally I would like to hear them a bit more "glued together".

Quarl responds:

To be honest I've been panning them back and forth for days. It's why I just decided on a loop D':

Nice chords, nice production, but there's nothing to grab your attention, some solo instrument or voice. For a just ambient-ish jazzy track is a bit too dynamic, so, get some stuff on top and it's a 5/5 :)

Yoshiii343 responds:

Holy crap, one of the jazz-meisters reviewing my stuff? This is an honour!

...Well, I'd try adding some melody in but I might end up ruining the entire thing.
THERE'S NEVER TOO MUCH DYNAMIC HUEHUEHUEHUEHUE

Cool track. Love the horns (around 0:40), the trumpets stick out a bit too much to my taste.

Bosa responds:

Yeah, I could not get them to sound exactly right, but maybe I will figure it out later on.

Like other music styles, orchestral stuff needs a bass. Also, to my ears sounds a bit empty, needs more solid harmony. At this time all you have is a piano line doubled by violins. Try to add some chords there with the strings.

Alxertion responds:

I really should rework this sometime in the future; I'll take note on all the suggestions here and I'll make it (hopefully) better. Thank you for your tips!

Nice change of settings here. Pretty cool trailer music, I'm sure you'll find it out there in some videos or games.

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

hope someone can use it! Cheers, mang!

Nice piano melody following a very heartwarming chord progression.

Kurlykovs responds:

Thank you :D

Don't be bitter, be better. (A.Madubuko) Flesh will rot but songs remain in ages. (Citrina)
