thanks dude:) im still waiting for that guitar sax solo- you know its a good idea!
the band im in is on hiatus(main member on sailing holiday) so ive got more time on my ands to record at home:)
wicked
that was unexpected :))
Sialys had a great ideea to put you to work this way
great "finger action" man, you can shred that bass ...
WOops , forgot to respond. Thanks!
oh god, no ... no spam
:))
very nice, good energy, also better quality on recording, very "catchy" theme
i like very much the modulation in the middle part
so, this is spam ... spamwangler ;)
yo mr sorohanro, how goes it? you have been doing some
real nice guitar stuff of late, you should do a lead guitar/trumpet duet!
cheers for the review:) i really should check your stuff out more often
apreciate
nice, i like the most from 0:53
that part change the feeling of the tune very much and i find flattering that one of my favourite artists here on NG did that
so, congratulations and thanx ;)
Thanks to you for this great backing track :)
nice
this looped several times until i decided to write a review
that means that i liked it ;)
fast tempo, full of energy, not complicated but everything there is efective
from arpegiators to the pad and chord progression, everything fit together perfect
hope to see soon the complete project
Thanks for the review! The full version is actually up already . It's a little different, but hopefully you'll like the differences. Again, thanks a bunch.
loved
i just loved the kazoo solo
is it hard to learn to master that marvelous/ fabulous instrument ?
from the first guitar notes you can tell is a studio quality recording, the panned guitars give a lot of space, also the voice aranging is good
congratulations
glad you thought so much of the production quality... did this in my studio apartment with minimal equipment. An AKG C1000S microphone, an acoustic guitar, some drum loops and vocal overdubs. i never got around to adding bass or any lead instruments... or doing an official version of this song. this is actually a throwaway... a buddy of mine said I should submit it. Show's what I know, people seem to like it better than the stuff I consider complete.
not only
i don't know if i'm breacking some rules by reviewing a colaborative project in wich i'm in ...
still, for me to be able to play on something, that something have to be good
i found that tune very inspiring, the guitar lines were there somehow before i played those
everything is very clear, from chord progressions to mix, everything is just in the right place
i like also very much the structure
Haha, that's cool. Your guitar work is inspiring to me as well. It's actually pushing me in the direction of working on a song with your guitar playing in mind.
Which just might have to happen soon.
But yeah, the guitar has done this song justice. Rock'on, brothah!
not really
not really jazz, more like D'n'B, but definatley a good one
i like the "athmospheric" piano of Bill Evans, i like the almost waltz rhythm in some places (around 1:40)
so, comclusion is :
A lot of love for Spartacus :p
Ambient jazz! Hah. I dont see this as D'n'B at all though..where's the 'reese'? ha.
Yeah, i enjoy waltz's actually. I like the rhythm they have.
Waltz for Debby is a very beautiful Evans song. I've been thinking about a remix of that as well.
Heh heh. Yes, a lot of love. : D
Thank you for the review. I'm gonna check out some of your tunes!
don't we all ?
don't we all love FL ?
actually you can roughly cut it on bars (say 4 or 8 or 16) and call it a loop
i like the panning keyboards and the rhythm
I LOOOOOOVVEE FL.
FRAPPACINO LIZARDS ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST!!!
and everyone nose its true
don't you just love fruity ?
not bad, not bad at all
in some places kind of atonal, but that is a quality if you'll ask me
i like the construction, how that "build up" tension
loops perfect (no question about, is FL after all)
Thanks for the review man
i tried to have it build up, but the ending result was a little crowded to be honest
