Very good. The brass sound is spot on! (what did you use?).
The chord changes might be a bit cliche, the soloing might be overusing pentatonic, but this is what actually make it work in the context, this is what makes the instant connection with the audience.
Cool track, really enjoyed it.

Even if it was a commissioned track, if it wasn't under an exclusive license (that type of license should have at least three zeros at the end), you should be able to allow it's usage. You can allow the usage if people would credit the original product, or if you change a bit the flute solo; change a bit the arrangement; put some extra notes in the bass...etc (like Stravinsky did with his Firebird suites).

sleepFacingWest responds:

Thanks for listening and for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review! The horns are a blend of primarily Broadway Big Band and a bit of East West Hollywood Brass for certain sections/articulations. That said, BBB takes a TON of post production work to make it sound like anything worthwhile. The saxophones are decent, the trumpets are meh, and the trombones are terrible.

I did a few demos of more harmonically interesting tracks for this project, but in the end they ended up not working for the vibe the developers were going for. I'm hoping to find some time to compose some of those ideas out a bit more and find some uses for them.

Digging the distorted bass tone.

TSRBand responds:

Thanks :) I'm really happy with the switch to a p-bass, lots of crunch!

Thumbs up. From guitar performance, concept, crazy drums to mixing and mastering, everything is top quality.

TSRBand responds:

Thanks for the review :) glad you liked it!

Awesome!

Metaljonus responds:

Thanks Sorohanro! :D

Nice composition, nice playing and improvising.

Biggyzoom responds:

Cheers ears.

Not bad. I would like to hear the actual performance, not the sped up version. Also, instead of so many repeats could have been just one and submitted as a loop.

AinigmA responds:

Hi sorohanro!
Thanks for your response, i really appreciate it!
You are totally right: I simply forgot about the loop option. I might replace this file with an actual, 100% speed version (no speeding up), since there's a large StarWars Hype going on :P
Cheers and may the force be with you!

The drums are a bit too thin and clean for my taste and the synths overpower the guitars, but generally nice track, I like the lead guitar. You could add some more additional guitars to play some rhythmical bends, some glissando, string noises and play with panning.

InYourDreams responds:

Hey thanks! Yeah, the drums may be somewhat thin for this kind of music. I'm mixing at the moment with headphones and not the best ones. I'll step up my composition a lot next time :)... this time I was a little lazy in that area.

Somehow I think it should have been"bring me the head of Kim Jong-un" :P
Awesome glitchy abstract noisy track.

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

word. hope you're good. small world eh?
the name can be anything you want it to be; newgrounds wouldn't give me any more letters. i was thinking kardashian but jong-un works, 'cept he might already be dead or his ankles collapsed under his own weight as has been rumored.

In my headphones is a very huge separation between instruments, depending of the intention, this can be a good thing or a bad one. I like the interplay between voices but personally I would like to hear them a bit more "glued together".

Quarl responds:

To be honest I've been panning them back and forth for days. It's why I just decided on a loop D':
